Twelve expert chefs from China's food service, restaurant, media and publishing industries will participate in SUSTA’s Culinary Training program, held at the John Folse Culinary Institute in Thibodaux, LA. During the 2-week program, the chefs will learn about southern U.S. cuisine and cooking techniques. Suppliers from the SUSTA region are invited to ship sample food products for use during the training seminar. Participation is free in exchange for the use of product samples. Products will be displayed and company information will be provided to the chefs to give companies exposure to these key players in the Chinese market.
