The organized retail sector of India is growing at a rate of 40% annually, and is expected to account for 22% of the market share this year. Southern U.S. suppliers of value-added food and beverage products are invited on a trade mission to New Delhi and Mumbai, India. Companies will meet one-on-one with key buyers in both cities, as well participate in supermarket tours and receive market briefings. Roundtrip international airfare as well as domestic airfare between cities in India will be provided for one company participant. Limited shipping on product samples to India will also be included.
