With more than 728 million consumers, Europe is the SUSTA region's third largest seafood regional trading partner. SUSTA will offer prime booth space to southern U.S. seafood suppliers that wish to display products at the European Seafood Exposition (ESE), the world's largest seafood show. In 2010, exhibitors in SUSTA's pavilion at ESE reported sales of $42 million and additional sales of $43.9 million projected over the next 12 months. Participants in the SUSTA pavilion receive furnished booth space, ice and overnight cold storage, and exhibitor badges. A chef will also prepare product samples for visitors to the pavilion.
