The Gulf Coast Cooperative Council (GCC) is made up of 5 Arabic countries that are highly dependent on imported foodstuffs and have a combined population of approximately 12 million people. Their oil and gas producing economies result in high per capita income levels. more
   
Event Name 2012 Gulfood
 

The United Arab Emirates has a rapidly expanding economy and imports about $10 billion in food and agricultural products. The Gulfood show is the largest and most attended event of its kind in the Middle East. In 2011, the show reported 3,800 exhibitors and over 62,000 visitors. SUSTA invites southern U.S. suppliers to exhibit in our pavilion at the 2012 Gulfood show. SUSTA will only offer one furnished booth space per company at this activity because of the high demand.
